Last night I had a Sim get hungry, make some food, put it down, decide she needs to go to the bathroom, left the food, then canceled the action to go to the bathroom, then stood and complained about both until I manually directed her to eat and use the toilet. Especially right now with some of the bugs in the games. I've tried to let them run their own lives at times.
